Length of Contract: 3 months Responsibilities and Duties Establish, maintain, and manage the project document control system (e.g. SharePoint, Viewpoint, 4P etc.) Receive, log, register, and distribute all incoming and outgoing project documentation Control document numbering, revision status, and version control in line with project procedures Ensure drawings, specifications, technical submissions, RFIs, EWNs, and correspondence are correctly issued and tracked Maintain document registers and trackers, ensuring accurate and timely updates Manage transmittals to and from clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers Archive superseded documents and maintain a clear audit trail Support project teams with document queries and ensure compliance with information management requirements Assist with handover documentation, OandM manuals, and project close out records Essential Experience and Skills Background and understanding of a variety of engineering projects and processes.
