Document Controller Canary Wharf Contract We are working in partnership with a well-established principal contractor to appoint an experienced Document Controller to support the delivery of a major mechanical project in Canary Wharf.This is a key role embedded within a high-performing site team, where you will take full ownership of document control processes and ensure the smooth, compliant flow of project information from start to completion.The Opportunity You will provide essential support to the delivery team on a large, fast-paced project, ensuring all documentation is organised, accurate, and managed in line with strict project protocols.Working closely with the Project Manager, client representatives, and subcontractors, you will play a central role in maintaining governance, tracking revisions, and supporting structured information flow throughout the lifecycle of the works.Contract: PermanentLocation: Canary WharfHours: 07:00 - 16:00 (flexibility required in line with project needs)Salary: £240 per dayKey ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain all project documentation using Procore (essential)Ensure compliance with naming conventions, revision control, and approval workflowsOversee structured filing, document tracking, and controlled issue processesSupport the delivery team with accurate and timely information managementLiaise confidently with internal teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholdersAssist with permit management / permit-to-work systems where ..... full job details .....
