This is a key role supporting the day-to-day administration of the project, ensuring all site documentation, labour records, plant information and drawings are accurate, up to date and compliant with company and client requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Setting up and maintaining site document control systems at the start of each project Managing drawings, revisions and electronic filing across internal and client platforms Coordinating new starter administration including inductions, RAMS, training records and clocking system enrolment Maintaining accurate records of site operative hours and updating time management systems Managing plant registers, certifications and tracking including inspections and off-hire Maintaining delivery logs and site records for materials and waste Raising and tracking site orders through the buying department Liaising daily with the client and site team regarding deliveries, safety reports and compliance Supporting site mobilisation and coordinating documentation and plant off-hire at close-out REQUIREMEN...
