The successful candidate will create robust Excel-based databases, templates, and automated workflows that allow information to be maintained in a single master file and automatically populate multiple linked documents. The role will involve designing and building intelligent spreadsheets and databases for project execution documents such as Bills of Materials (BOMs), Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, Product Data Registers (PDRs), Vendor Data Registers (VDRs), document trackers, and similar project deliverables. The objective is to eliminate duplicate data entry, improve accuracy, and reduce administrative effort through automation and standardisation.
