You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant project documentation, ensuring workflows are followed, and supporting internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain the highest standards of document control.Responsibilities will include:Leading the rollout and management of a new document management system, including uploading, issuing, and tracking live and approved drawings across multiple projectsCollaborating with senior management to develop and implement a standardised drawing numbering convention and ensuring consistent use across internal teams, subcontractors, and clientsEnsuring all drawings and documents are correctly uploaded, fully checked for compliance, and subjected to robust proofing processesMaintaining full document lifecycle ..... full job details .....
