Document Controller – Exeter – Permanent

We are recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to join a leading construction company based in Exeter.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy project team where you will be responsible for coordinating information delivery, maintaining document control processes and ensuring project information is accurate, accessible and delivered in line with programme requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage Document Control tasks
- Organising drawings and using 4projects system
- Monitor information delivery performance and identify potential risks or delays.
- Produce reports and support proactive resolution of information management issues.
- Manage and maintain project drawings
- Prepare handover and project administration
- Audit support and assisting the office with general office support
- Experience in document control & project administration within a construction or similar environment
- Good attention to detail & a proactive approach
- Good use of Microsoft systems & 4projects would be an advantage
- Strong coordination and stakeholder engagement skill
