What You''ll Do:

- Manage and maintain all project documentation with precision

- Ensure documents are properly filed, tracked, and accessible

- Collaborate closely with project teams to support their needs

- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and records

- Monitor compliance with document control procedures

- Meeting and greeting customers and clients

- Producing documentation for design teams

- Arranging meetings

What We''re Looking For:

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Proficient in document management systems and MS Office

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- A proactive approach to problem-solving

- Previous experience in a construction environment is a plus!
