Working as part of a team you will be providing responsive repairs, building maintenance and improvement work to the company''s housing stock and other properties. The position is permanent, full time (40 hours per week) with a salary of 30,900 per annum. Trade Responsibilities: Primary Trade - Decoration (Washdowns, Preparation, Stain-block, Painting) Secondary Trade - Loft Insulation, Repairs of Trickle Vents Working alone or as part of a team you will undertake duties on building maintenance and improvement work including repair, replacement, installation, removal, demolition, cleaning and making good as appropriate.
