We are seeking an ambitious
Divisional Sponsorship Sales Director
to take ownership of our
Automotive events portfolio . This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape strategy, drive growth, and lead a team of sponsorship sales managers while remaining hands-on with major client relationships.The
Divisional Sales Director
will play a central role in building new revenue streams, strengthening client partnerships, and ensuring the team consistently delivers against ambitious sales targets.Role Highlights
Develop and execute strategies to expand and grow the
Automotive portfolioLead, motivate, and coach a team of
sponsorship sales managers
to hit and exceed sponsorship sales targetsPersonally lead on high-value sponsorship deals and key client relationshipsSupport sales managers on larger negotiations, providing guidance and senior-level expertiseCollaborate with delegate sales, operations, and conference production teams to maximise event success and commercial growthAttending events onsite in London, Germany and potentially the USYou Will Need
3–4 years of B2B sales management experience
with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targetsStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a teamExperience closing complex, high-value sponsorship or partnership dealsStrategic mindset with the ability to create and deliver growth plansExcellent collaboration and communication skills across departmentsCompany Culture
