Divisional Quality Manager

Manage, coach and develop the quality team. Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and reduce defects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Support the QMS development. Perform audits, analyse data, and prepare reports for management. Manage and resolve quality-related issues with customers and suppliers. Ensure the implementation of adequate preventive and evaluation tools. Manage Non-Conforming Products. Ensure that all specific issues regarding EHS and quality are implemented and observed.
