Divisional Managing Director Fire Engineering Consultancy Six figure salary + benefits Flexible Location We are recruiting on behalf of a leading UK fire safety and compliance organisation seeking an experienced Divisional Managing Director to build, lead and scale its Fire Engineering Consultancy division. This is a significant senior leadership opportunity with responsibility for: Setting and delivering the consultancy s growth strategy Full commercial ownership including revenue, margin, utilisation and forecasting Leading technical governance, quality assurance and professional standards Developing senior client relationships and new business opportunities Recruiting, developing and leading a high-performing team of fire engineers and consultants Establishing the consultancy as a recognised leader within the UK fire engineering market We are particularly interested in speaking with senior leaders currently operating within a fire engineering consultancy environment, ideally with responsibility for a business unit, practice, region or consultancy team. Candidates should combine strong technical fire engineering credentials with proven commercial leadership, business development and PandL experience. Qualifications: BSc/MSc in Fire Engineering or related discipline, with IFE membership and ideally CEng/IEng status.
