Divisional Manager

At MSI Reproductive Choices UK, we''re looking for an experienced and strategic Divisional General Manager to lead operational performance, quality, governance, and people management across a geographically dispersed division. This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivering high-quality services while ensuring financial sustainability, strong governance, and exceptional colleague engagement. This opportunity would suit an experienced operational leader who has successfully managed large, multi-site services and led remote management teams within a complex and regulated environment. Please note: This role requires extensive travel across the East Division and applicants must be able and willing to travel regularly. The successful candidate should expect to travel across our East Division locations up to 3-4 days per week to provide visible leadership, build effective stakeholder relationships, support operational delivery, and ensure consistency across services. Applicants must have the flexibility, availability, and practical ability to undertake regular travel as an essential requirement of the role. Whilst this position can be based from one of our locations, all business travel outside of your designated base location will be reimbursed in line with company policy.
