Divisional Manager

We''re looking to recruit an experienced Divisional Manager to lead a portfolio of contracts, providing strategic operational leadership and driving commercial performance across the division, based in Co Durham. This is a senior leadership role with joint responsibility for divisional PandL performance, client relationships, operational excellence and business growth. Working closely with the Divisional Director and Commercial Manager, you''ll lead high-performing teams, develop long-term client partnerships and ensure contracts are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. What You''ll Be Doing Leading the operational and commercial performance of a portfolio of contracts. Taking joint responsibility for divisional PandL performance, financial forecasting and achieving business targets. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, framework partners and key stakeholders.
