Divisional Financial Controller - Reading

Divisional Financial Controller Reading Full Time, Permanent £Negotiable + Car Allowance and bonus. SF Recruitment are working with a well-established organisation to appoint a Divisional Financial Controller into a senior leadership-facing role with broad financial oversight responsibility. This position plays a critical role in consolidating and interpreting divisional performance, supporting commercial decision-making, and embedding a robust financial control environment. The successful candidate will also be instrumental in delivering elements of a wider finance transformation agenda. Reporting into the Divisional Finance Director, the role works closely with the wider leadership team to navigate complex financial issues and deliver sustainable, value-adding solutions across the division. The role will involve regular interaction with regional offices and operational sites, therefore a degree of travel and on-site presence is expected.
