We''re looking for a Divisional Director based in the South of England and Wales to lead the division. The Divisional Director will combine strong commercial insight with deep expertise in customer experience, people leadership, and operational delivery. This business puts people-both customers and colleagues-at its core and is now embarking on an exciting phase of growth and transformation.

The Divisional Director will lead, support, and develop a team of Regional Managers to drive performance across the South of England and Wales. They will embed a culture of exceptional service and one-to-one customer engagement throughout the division. The Divisional Director will maintain and strengthen a positive, people-first culture through change and growth.

The role requires the Divisional Director to translate strategic goals into operational success, growing sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. They will collaborate with central teams to align performance, standards, and service delivery. The Divisional Director will be a visible, hands-on leader who sets high standards and inspires excellence.

We are looking for a senior leader with experience at Divisional, Regional, or Senior Operations level. Candidates should be based in or willing to operate across the South of England and Wales. The ideal Divisional Director will have a background in service-led, one-to-one sales environments within a retail or large-scale hospitality brand.

A commercially sharp Divisional Director with proven ability to analyse performance and drive results is essential. Experience leading transformation and change in a retail or hospitality setting is also required. The Divisional Director should be an inspirational people leader who can motivate, develop, and retain high-performing teams, with a strategic mindset balanced by a hands-on approach to leadership.
