You’re a seasoned construction leader within the Data Centre Construction Market Segment who understands the demands of complex project delivery. You\''re looking for a role where you can lead a business unit, not just a project.10+ years of experience in contracting, data centre construction, or critical infrastructureDeep knowledge of delivery models, permitting, utilities, and stakeholder engagementTrusted relationships with cloud providers, consultants, and engineering partnersProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results across development and deliveryWe\''re looking for someone who is ready and hungry for a mandate with long-term upside and the support to deliver it.What You’ll Lead

Development and execution of the go-to-market strategy for the data centre divisionStrategic partnerships with enterprise clients and industry stakeholdersOversight of projects from land strategy and design through to construction and commissioningAlignment with internal construction, engineering, and finance teamsRecruitment and leadership of a high-performing development and delivery teamWhat Success Looks Like
