Manage the full lifecycle of diving engineering projectsPlan, resource, and lead project delivery teamsProduce quotations, budgets, and cost plansPrepare project documentation including Diving Project Plans, Method Statements and Risk AssessmentsEnsure compliance, safety, and timely delivery within budgetMotivate and support project staff, handling challenges professionallyWhat You’ll Need

Strong engineering/project management background (diving civils or related sector desirable)Excellent organisational and leadership skillsStrong communicator, comfortable client-facingBased in or willing to relocate to East YorkshireWhat’s on Offer
