This role will lead the development and delivery of its Inclusion and Diversity strategy across the business. This DandI Manager role will suit someone looking to drive change and make their mark fostering a workplace culture where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to perform at their best. Reporting into the Head of People, you will work closely with senior leaders, managers, and colleagues across the business to embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
