Distribution Supervisor

Rotating Shift Pattern: 6:00am-2:30pm 1:35pm-10:00pm What you''ll be doing:Leading, motivating and supporting the Distribution team to achieve daily targets.Ensuring customer orders are complete, accurate and ready for dispatch on time.Carrying out quality checks to ensure products are free from damage or defects before loading.Coordinating the movement of products between our sites and preparing overseas shipments.Supporting drivers and customers with loading and collections when required.Monitoring stock locations and investigating any missing items.Maintaining accurate paperwork and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly.Promoting a safe working environment and ensuring Health and Safety procedures are followed.Investigating service issues and working with the team to prevent repeat problems.Carrying out team meetings, appraisals and supporting training and development.What you will have:At least two years'' experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role.Experience within a warehouse, ..... full job details .....
