Distribution Operative

Company description: B. Braun Melsungen AG Job description: Your Role: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Distribution Operative to join our busy Aseptic Production Unit team! This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including picking, packing, and dispatching goods in a timely and accurate manner. Location: Thorncliffe Park, Sheffield, S35 2PW - located just off Junction 35A of the M1. We offer free car parking, transport links, an on-site canteen serving hot and cold food/drinks. Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday, Working hours between 8am-4pm Your main responsibilities: Picking and assembly of customer orders using various system methods. Receipt and checking in of stock. Housekeeping and hygiene duties. Loading and unloading of vehicles. Operating pallet trucks to perform dispatch tasks. Compliance with distribution regulatory procedures and Health and Safety regulations. What you need to succeed: Experience of working within a warehouse/ production unit environemnt environment. Team player with the ability to work unsupervised using your own initiative. Accurate and methodical in your work and paying close attention to detail. Committed to Health and Safety procedures. A Fork Lift Truck (VNA / Reach) Licence is desirable but not essential.
