This role will be based in the gatehouse office, acting as a key first point of contact for drivers arriving on site and helping to keep the distribution operation running efficiently. This is a reactive and varied role that requires strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to deal with changing priorities. Following an initial training period on a 6:00am 2:00pm shift, the role will move onto a rotating 6:00am 2:00pm / 2:00pm 10:00pm shift pattern.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as first point of contact for drivers reporting to siteAllocate drivers and manage vehicle arrivals and departuresMaintain accurate logs and ensure all documentation is correctSupport despatch and receipts administration through internal systemsCoordinate with warehouse, transport planners, and customer service teamsAssist with parcel carrier processing and load paperworkHelp manage departmental ..... full job details .....
