Must be Graduate Calibre previous Budget responsibiliy of 45 million . you will be an experienced general manager who has operated within a fast-paced distribution business who puts the customer at the heart of all they do. You will have demonstrable experience of managing change programmes, driving excellence and growing an operation. With a passion for people, you will demonstrate your ability to develop teams, work collaboratively across multiple functions and build strong and lasting relationships with customers.
