Warehouse Manager / Distribution Centre Manager Pratap Partnership is recruiting for a highly motivated Distribution Centre Manager to join a 24-hour operation in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As part of the UK Senior Management Team, the role reports directly to the Operations Director and his pivotal in ensuring operational excellence across multiple functions:Transport and Facilities ManagementStock ControlCustomer ServiceSystemsQualityKey Responsibilities:Oversee the overall performance of the above areas for a £35million turnover business with circa 180 staff.Lead a culture of continuous improvement, embedding transformation initiatives and securing team engagement and commitment.Drive a strong customer-focused approachLead and coach teams, fostering a high-performance culture and elevating standards in behaviour and performanceImplement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent, secure, and timely deliveries.Utilise data and analytics to inform decision-making and enhance operational performance.Work closely with the (HSE) team to maintain a safe working environment.Candidate Profile:Experience:At least 5 years'' management experience in an FMCG distribution environment, with a clear understanding of operational excellence.Evidence of experience in leading organisational transformation and driving continuous improvement initiativesCustomer and solution-focused experienceKnowledge of safety standards and the ability to promote a ..... full job details .....
