MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Setting the direction of shift team and ensure overall performance of the department to meet objectives for safety, quality, process reliability, productivity, food safety, hygiene, and customer service. Participating in and/or leads cross-functional improvement teams and other HPO (High Performance Organization) activities. Ensuring product and service meets all compliance and food safety regulations and complete all follow up activities. Maintaining inventory control and traceability and work with Stock Controllers to investigate, execute, and communicate root cause failure analysis, including recommending and implementing resolutions. Managing the DC yard, Palletizer area, IBC management and including management of SILO area, waste management and Security. Manage all inbound deliveries and outbound collections as per schedules, support in customer complaints or supplier deliveries.
