The successful candidate will play a key role in surveying residential properties, assessing disrepair claims, and ensuring compliance with relevant housing legislation and standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct property inspections to assess disrepair issues. Prepare detailed reports, including cause, extent of defects, and recommended remedial works. Manage and respond to disrepair claims in line with landlord obligations. Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
