      <description>Location: Lambeth | Salary: &amp;pound;400/day | Type: Temporary | MMP Consultancy is seeking 4 Disrepair Surveyors to support a busy Local Authority in South London. This is a 6 month contract subject to extension paying -400pd inside of IR35.   This role is focused on identifying and addressing disrepair issues proactively, helping to prevent cases from escalating to legal proceedings. While disrepair experience is beneficial, we are open to strong all-round Building Surveyors with relevant housing experience.   Key Responsibilities:    Identify and assess potential disrepair issues across residential properties  Carry out inspections and produce detailed reports  Support early intervention to minimise escalation into legal claims  Undertake wider building surveying duties as required    Requirements:    Proven experience within social housing  Strong background in building surveying  Ability to identify defects and recommend practical solutions  Good report writing and stakeholder communication skills    Qualifications:    Degree (or equivalent) in Building Surveying or related discipline  MRICS / AssocRICS (desirable, not essential)  Relevant HNC/HND in construction or surveying (considered)</description>
