Description

• Carry out detailed inspections of properties to identify disrepair issues.
• Section 11 Surveys, Awaab''s Law and HHSRS focused
• Prepare comprehensive reports outlining findings and recommendations.
• Work closely with tenants and contractors to address and resolve disrepair concerns.
• Ensure compliance with relevant housing standards and regulations.
• Provide expert advice on building maintenance and repair solutions.
• Monitor progress of repair works to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, actions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage cases effectively.

Profile

A successful Disrepair Surveyor should have:

• Professional qualifications or training in construction or building surveying.
• Strong knowledge of housing standards and disrepair legislation.
• Experience in property inspections and preparing detailed reports.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise tasks efficiently.

Job Offer

• Hourly rate of up to -35ph PAYE or -40ph Umbrella dependent on the level of experience.
• Temporary position offering flexibility, 3 days per week in Tamworth and 2 days from home
