Pay - £300 - £350 per day INSIDE IR35 The Role You''ll be responsible for managing complex property cases from inspection through to completion, ensuring works comply with legislation, contractual requirements and organisational standards. Key responsibilities include: Managing a caseload of housing disrepair, structural repair and insurance-related works. Carrying out detailed property inspections and diagnosing complex building defects. Preparing technical specifications, schedules of work and cost estimates. Managing repair programmes from instruction through to completion. Undertaking pre and post inspections to monitor quality and contractor performance. Working closely with legal teams on housing disrepair and litigation matters. Liaising with residents, contractors, surveyors and other stakeholders to resolve complex repair issues.
