You will manage cases from initial inspection through to completion, working closely with residents, contractors, repairs teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure that issues are resolved effectively and within agreed timescales. Key Responsibilities Carry out detailed inspections of residential properties in relation to damp, mould, condensation, disrepair and general building defects.
