This is a great opportunity for a surveyor with strong experience in housing disrepair, damp and mould investigations, and a solid understanding of Awaab''s Law. You will manage a varied caseload of disrepair and damp and mould cases across a residential portfolio, ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and maintained to a high standard. This is a resident-focused role requiring strong technical knowledge, case management skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes from inspection through to completion.
