Disrepair Supervisor - Social HousingLocation: North West LondonRate: 30- 35 per hourContract: Temp to PermWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Disrepair Supervisor to join a social housing team in North West London on a temp-to-perm basis.The successful candidate will have strong experience within social housing disrepair, managing contractors, dealing with residents and carrying out regular site/property inspections.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor contractors to ensure works are completed to a high standard.Carry out property inspections and oversee disrepair works.Liaise with residents and manage expectations throughout the works.Monitor progress, quality and completion of repairs.Identify and resolve issues with contractors and residents.Maintain accurate records and provide updates to internal teams.RequirementsPrevious experience in social housing disrepair or ..... full job details .....
