Disrepair Surveyor

Elevate Projects are working in partnership with our client, a national provider of affordable housing, not for profit developer and registered social landlord , to appoint an experienced disrepair surveyor to join their busy property team covering Surrey.-

You will be responsible for pre and post inspections,-specifications, & client-side contractor management-to ensure Complex Repair work & Disrepair cases-in your designated area completed within agreed timescales and quality standards.-
