This is a hands-on position overseeing disrepair works within occupied social housing properties. You will manage works from the initial inspection through to completion, coordinating tradespeople and subcontractors while ensuring each job is delivered safely, within the required timeframe and to the agreed standard. The successful candidate will need a good understanding of housing disrepair works, including experience interpreting Scott Schedules and managing repairs subject to fixed or legally agreed deadlines.
