Based from the Salford office, you''ll be covering works across Manchester and Lancashire.The RoleYou''ll play a key part in overseeing disrepair works from start to finish, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to expected quality standards.Key responsibilities will include:Attending pre-start meetings with the client to assess works in line with the Scott ScheduleCreating clear workflows and job plans for operatives based on schedules of workSupervising works on site, ensuring strong performance, quality, and health and safety standardsCosting and coding jobs using NATFED rates and quotationsPreparing and sending variation requests to the client, including detailed descriptions and photosCarrying out daily and weekly checks on operatives, including PDA use, van checks, and compliance monitoringManaging both direct labour and subcontractorsUsing systems such as Epix to record, update, and audit job informationKeeping the client updated on progress, issues, and site activityWhat my client is ..... full job details .....
