This role offers hybrid working arrangements.As a Legal Disrepair Officer, you will independently manage a varied and often high-volume caseload involving disrepair, complex housing litigation, injunctions, enforcement matters, and related housing management issues. You will defend claims brought against the organisation, draft legal documents, prepare case bundles, instruct Counsel, and represent the organisation at regional court hearings.
