Disrepair Manager

MMP Consultancy are currently seeking an experienced Disrepair Manager for an interim contract on behalf of a Major Local Authority in London - paying circa. -450 per day (Neg.) Inside IR35

Job Profile

Disrepair Manager. In this pivotal leadership role, you''ll oversee a dedicated team of disrepair officers, BSO, and team leaders to drive impactful change across our projects. Your technical expertise in disrepair management combined with your ability to lead, motivate, and optimize processes will be key to restoring properties efficiently and effectively. As a strategic leader, you''ll champion performance management and innovative process improvements to ensure high standards and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:

• Proven experience in disrepair management and technical repair expertise
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent performance management skills
• Ability to drive change and implement process improvements
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in property or facilities management
• Knowledge of health and safety compliance
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Relevant technical qualification or certification in property maintenance or repairs
• Prior experience in managing disrepair projects or teams
• Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives
