Key Responsibilities Manage disrepair cases from inspection through to resolution. Undertake property inspections and diagnose building defects. Produce technical reports and specifications for remedial works. Manage contractors, project delivery, budgets, and quality assurance. Liaise with residents, legal teams, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with housing legislation, disrepair protocols, and health & safety requirements.
