Key Responsibilities Manage disrepair cases from inspection through to resolution. Undertake property inspections and diagnose building defects. Produce technical reports and specifications for remedial works. Manage contractors, project delivery, budgets, and quality assurance. Liaise with residents, legal teams, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with housing legislation, disrepair protocols, and health and safety requirements. Essential Requirements Proven experience in housing disrepair and building surveying. Strong knowledge of building defects, construction methods, and legal disrepair processes. Experience managing contractors and project budgets. Excellent report writing and stakeholder management skills. HNC/HND in Building Surveying or equivalent experience.
