Dispute Resolution Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive Lincoln, Lincolnshire HybridThe OpportunityWe are seeking a Newly Qualified to 3-year PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our Personal and Business Dispute Resolution team in Lincoln.This role is ideal for a proactive and structured individual who wants exposure to a wide range of civil litigation matters, including:Commercial and Residential Landlord and Tenant disputesConsumer law issuesBoundary disputesContentious probate mattersYou will work closely with the PBDR team, managing a mixed caseload, delivering excellent client service, and supporting the growth of the department.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and progress a mixed litigation caseload efficientlyProvide ongoing service to existing clients and support business development initiativesContribute to the growth and development of the PBDR departmentProduce fee income in line with agreed targetsMaintain accurate records of time, billing, and client workKeep up-to-date with relevant law and practice changesComply with internal quality, risk, and financial proceduresAbout YouEssentialQualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (NQ - 3 years PQE)Experience in Dispute Resolution or related civil litigation mattersStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple matters under pressureExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and accuracyStructured, professional, and proactive approachFull driving licence and ..... full job details .....
