This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor to handle a varied caseload while benefiting from a supportive working environment and flexible hybrid working arrangements.Job Title: Dispute Resolution SolicitorLocation: East Yorkshire (Hybrid Working)Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)Responsibilities as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor: Manage a varied caseload of dispute resolution and civil litigation matters from instruction through to resolution.Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients on a range of contentious matters.Handle matters including contractual disputes, property disputes, debt recovery, professional negligence, and general commercial litigation.Draft legal documents, correspondence, and court pleadings.Conduct negotiations and represent clients where appropriate.Maintain strong client relationships and deliver a high standard of client care.Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of the department.
