Dispute Resolution Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE)Location: Cheshire (Nantwich area)Full-time or Part-time Flexible and Hybrid WorkingSalary up to £55,000 DOEA well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking to recruit a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its growing litigation team.This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and experienced team, gaining exposure to a broad and diverse range of contentious matters.The RoleYou will work across a varied caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters, including:Commercial and contractual disputesProperty litigation, including landlord and tenant, adverse possession, rights of way and neighbour disputesDebt recovery and enforcementProfessional negligence and defamation mattersDirector, shareholder and partnership disputesInsolvency-related disputesContentious probate and Court of Protection disputesPersonal injury mattersAlternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediationYou will have the opportunity to attend court, manage your own caseload, and work closely with senior solicitors on more complex matters.RequirementsQualified Solicitor, CILEX, or equivalentNQ - 2 years'' PQEExperience in litigationStrong organisational, drafting, and client-facing skillsWorking Environment and BenefitsHybrid working (approx. 2 days in office, 3 from home)High level of flexibility around working hoursFee-Earning Bonus25 days'' holidayPrivate medical insuranceFree parkingSupportive and collaborative team ..... full job details .....
