Working alongside a highly regarded team of specialists, you will advise an impressive client base on a broad range of high-value and complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters.You will manage a varied caseload encompassing contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, breaches of directors'' duties, fraud, intellectual property and technology disputes, property litigation, construction-related disputes, and domestic and international arbitration. The role will see you representing clients through all stages of litigation, arbitration, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, leading client meetings and negotiations, instructing counsel and expert witnesses, supervising, and mentoring junior lawyers, and playing an active role in business development and the continued growth of the practice.THE CANDIDATE:Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with 8 years'' PQE or above and substantial experience in commercial ..... full job details .....
