Senior Dispute Resolution Solicitor. 5+ years PQELocation: Southampton, HampshireWork pattern: Hybrid workingMy client is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join a busy and growing Dispute Resolution team. This role is ideal for a Solicitor with 5+ years'' PQE who enjoys managing their own caseload and advising clients on complex and high-value disputes.The role involves handling a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, property litigation, professional negligence, Co-ownership disputes, debt recovery and contentious probate, managing cases from pre-action through to settlement or trial.As the successful candidate, you will be confident running matters independently, drafting pleadings and court documents, representing clients at hearings and mediations and delivering clear, practical advice with a commercial focus.Requirements:Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years'' PQE in dispute resolutionStrong advocacy, drafting and negotiation skillsExperience managing a full caseload from start to finishExcellent client care and communication skillsCommercial, solutions-focused approachDesirable:Experience supervising or mentoring junior SolicitorsInterest in business development and relationship buildingThis is a strong opportunity to progress your litigation career within a high-performing and supportive team.My client is eager to shortlist for interviews as soon as possible, so please contact me confidentially or send your CV to Chris ..... full job details .....
