This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and commercially minded lawyer with at least 5 years'' PQE to work alongside experienced litigation specialists while managing their own caseload of civil and commercial disputes. The role offers exposure to a broad range of contentious matters, high-quality work, and genuine opportunities for career progression. The RoleThe successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of litigation matters with an appropriate level of supervision, whilst contributing to the continued growth and success of the department. The team advises on a wide range of disputes, including:• Commercial disputes• Contractual disputes• Shareholder and partnership disputes• Debt recovery matters• Property-related disputes• Professional negligence claims• General civil litigation• Alternative dispute resolution and settlement negotiations You will work closely with colleagues across the firm while being confident managing your own files and building long-term client relationships.
