This is a fantastic opportunity for a litigator ready to step into a busy and diverse caseload from day one. The firm is open to considering both Solicitors and Legal Executives with dispute resolution experience and offers flexibility to shape the role around a particular area of specialism where appropriate.The RoleYou will take ownership of a broad and varied caseload, which may include:• Commercial and contractual disputes• Emergency injunctions• Partnership and directors'' disputes• Property disputes• Landlord and tenant matters• Insolvency-related litigation• Professional negligence claims• Corporate disputesKey responsibilities:• Managing matters from inception through to resolution with minimal supervision• Running your own caseload efficiently and confidently• Delivering practical, high-quality legal advice and excellent client service• Collaborating with a well-resourced and supportive litigation teamAbout You• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive• 3+ years'' PQE (experience will be considered over strict PQE level)• Able to work autonomously and hit the ground running• Comfortable managing a busy and varied caseload• Strong communication, organisation, and ..... full job details .....
