This is a litigation role within a team that operates at scale, but with the structure and support of a well-established national legal business. QED Legal''s client is one of the UK''s largest specialist Recoveries and Dispute Resolution teams, with over 100 professionals delivering litigation and debt recovery services for a wide range of national and commercial clients, including utilities, debt purchasers, local authorities and corporate organisations. The team is continuing to grow and is now looking to appoint a Dispute Resolution Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) to join its established litigation function, with roles available across Hull or York. This is a hands-on litigation position where you will manage your own caseload of dispute resolution and recovery matters, while also working collaboratively on more complex and higher-value cases within the wider team structure.
