MRICS/FRICS Disposals Surveyor Bradford Council £450pd Inside IR35I m recruiting an experienced Disposals Surveyor to join Bradford Council on an initial 3-month contract, expected to extend.This is predominantly a property disposals role, taking responsibility for a varied freehold disposal caseload from inception through to completion.£450 per day Inside IR35Bradford hybrid/flexible workingOffice attendance Thursdays only, plus site visits/in-person meetings where requiredInitial 3 months expected to extendYou ll be responsible for: Freehold property disposals from strategy through to completionValuation advice and disposal recommendationsNegotiations with purchasers, developers and agentsSecuring best consideration and working within Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972Liaising with Legal Services, external solicitors and property agentsReviewing title documents, plans and planning informationAdvising on development potential, commercial considerations and disposal strategy We re looking for an MRICS or FRICS qualified Surveyor with strong experience across disposals, valuation and estates management.
