Join a leading, well-established multiple optician practice near Telford and take your career to the next level!What You’ll Be DoingAs the Optical Practice Manager, you will:Lead and inspire a team of dispensing opticians, ensuring high performance and excellent patient care.Manage the dispensing operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and patients receive top-quality service.Identify areas for team improvement and create targeted plans for development.Dispense regularly, setting a high standard for the team with your clinical expertise.Oversee training and development, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.What We’re Looking ForExperience:

Minimum of 2 years in optics, ideally at Assistant Manager or Practice Manager level.Leadership Skills:

Confident, approachable, and able to train, delegate, and manage effectively.Optical Expertise:

Strong dispensing knowledge, frame and lens expertise, and a keen eye for detail.Qualifications:

Preferably GOC-registered Dispensing Optician with up-to-date CET points.Why Join Us?Salary:
