The Role This is a hands-on dispensing role where you''ll be a key link between the consulting room and the patient journey. You''ll be responsible for: Delivering first-class patient care with a friendly, professional manner Supporting patients through frame selection and lens recommendations Taking accurate measurements and ensuring the best possible fit Managing spectacle orders and liaising with suppliers when needed Carrying out quality checks, fittings, and minor repairs Supporting and guiding Optical Assistants when required Taking part in smooth handovers from the Optometrist to dispensing Maintaining accurate patient records and handling admin tasks properly Dealing with patient queries or concerns in a calm, professional way ..... full job details .....
