The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing daily dispatch operations, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately, efficiently and on time, whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality, traceability and safety.This is a hands-on supervisory position and will involve leading a small team whilst actively supporting day-to-day warehouse and dispatch activities.Shifts:Monday to Friday08:00 - 17:00Annual Salary: £29,000 - £32,000Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Dispatch Warehouse Supervisor, your duties will include:Supervising and coordinating daily dispatch activities to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on timeAllocating work and monitoring team performance to achieve operational targetsCommunicating with Customer Services and Shipping teams regarding order priorities, transport requirements and dispatch schedulesProviding updates on order status and changes as requiredPreparing and issuing pre-shipment documentation including delivery notes and consignment recordsPicking, packing, labelling and preparing orders for dispatchEnsuring all dangerous goods and shipping ..... full job details .....
